Quarries of Group C
At the quarries of group C and at an altitude of about twenty meters from the sea, we can see the mounting points of a lifting machine. We are at the beginning and at the eastern side of the quarry of the early Christian period. Also, high on the rock we notice the carving of the point where the crane was firmly fastened.
Down from where we are, we see a cylindrical marble bulk, which was possibly an order that never reached its destination.
